Culture Days is hosting a national launch event to kick off the 2018 Culture Days weekend. Together with media partner CBC, we will be presenting performances at the CBC Barbara Frum Atrium in downtown Toronto.
- Flamenco dancing with Esmeralda Enrique Spanish Dance Company
- Beat poetry from Toronto's Bam! Youth Slam
- Live steel pan performance from steelpannist, Suzette Vidale - Jazz dancing with Holla Jazz
- Performances by Manatoulin-based Debajehmujig Theatre
Group Doors open at 8:30AM with remarks and performances beginning at 9AM.

Culture Days is a leading national voice for an active and engaged cultural life, providing marketing and industry development resources that lead to greater cultural engagement. The Culture Days national awareness campaign culminates in a three-day celebration of the arts starting on the last Friday of September. With thousands of activities taking place the last weekend in September, we drive a multi-level national awareness campaign designed to inspire and catalyze greater public arts participation in all Canadian communities.
