Visual Arts — Hands-On Activity

Urban Sketching is telling the story of your surroundings , places you live in and places you visit, a record of time and place in pictures not text.
You start very simply, ie draw a bar of soap, you can colour it with a marker or a light stroke of watercolour you then move on to more complex images as you feel comfortable.
All you need is a note book or small paper pad a pencil and eraser maybe a fine black pen to start
The scope is limitless .
I will provide all materials.

Shirley has lived in India, East Africa and the Philippines and been awarded Honour Certificates from the Royal Society Of Drawing and painting at age 10,11 and 12. She was accepted at The Slade School of Fine Art and St. Martins College of Art in London England. She is a certified Paverpol instructor Shirley works in acrylics, watercolour, oil,silk screen,& pastels. Shirley is a strong believer in challenging herself, she paints and draws for the joy of creation.
