Collingwood local Brenda Beattie from Brenda Beattie Music will lead a drum workshop for children and their parents using djembe drums. Participants can learn basic hand-drumming techniques in a non-judgemental environment. Brenda notes that drumming can boost your immune system and help people develop teamwork skills. More importantly, this program is designed for people to have fun! No drumming or musical experience is necessary!

This event consists of 4 half-hour sessions on the third floor of the Library in Community Rooms B & C. Registration is required.
