Come be a part of the creative process! Textile artist Alisa McRonald invites members of the public to weave, wrap, and stitch with her on an interactive art installation. Watch as the large scale work changes and evolves into a colourful and joy-filled outdoor sculpture piece. No experience necessary. All materials supplied.

Alisa McRonald is a fibre artist living and working in Guelph, Ontario. She obtained a certificate in jewelry design in 1994 at Saidye Bronfman Centre for the Arts in Montreal and, most recently, she has studied tapestry weaving under Ixchel Suarez and handspinning and textile dyeing techniques at the Haliburton School of Art. She has exhibited both nationally and internationally, and is currently a member of Necessary Arts Company where she maintains her studio practice. View her website at alisamcronald.com
