Dalnavert Museum Visitors' Centre
South of Broadway on Carlton Street. One way street - turn left for the parking lot, second driveway on the left.
Dalnavert Museum and Visitors' Centre is a national historic site that is one of the finest examples in Western Canada of Queen Revival architecture. Built in 1895, it was home to former Manitoba premier and Police Magistrate Sir Hugh John Macdonald, son of Sir John A. Macdonald, and his family. Now as a museum and visitor centre, it brings people together through history, culture, and much more.
