Culture Days @ the Library is a city-wide celebration of arts and culture taking place at various Toronto Public Library branches.
Discover the mystique and glamour of this beautiful and ancient dance form! Dancer Evyenia Karmi will be offering a glimpse into the exotic world of bellydance. Participants will observe a short choreography followed by a step by step breakdown of movements from her multi award winning book Quintessential Bellydance.

Evyenia Karmi was born in Toronto Ontario Canada to Greek parents. Evyenia started dancing as a child with traditional Greek dance. Her formal dance career began in 1993, with Tahia Sassine along with workshop studies from international master instructors. Other genres include 4 years in the community adult ballet program at the National Ballet School of Canada.
