Maker Culture, Crafts — Collective Creation, Hands-On Activity
EWG will present a "Fleece to Throw" event. Teams will take a raw sheep fleece to a finished throw in less than 6 hours. Learn how spinners create a rhythm with their wheels and weavers 'beat' with a loom.
The public is invited to join in by learning how to wash, card and spin raw fibre to yarn that is then woven into a lovely finished fabric.
