Alberta Printmakers invites you to our 8th annual Print it Yourself Festival during Alberta Culture Days.
Come learn about printmaking from local printmaking experts, then, 'Print It Yourself' and take your very own hand-printed artwork and swag home with you!
You'll learn to print on paper using letterpress and linocut techniques (including child-friendly versions), and you'll take your artwork with you in a hand-printed tote bag that you can screen-print yourself.

Alberta Printmakers is about 12 minutes walking distance from 39th Avenue C-Train and is accessible via 42nd Avenue SE, MacLeod and Blackfoot Trail. Limited parking available.
Alberta Printmakers is a non-profit, artist-run centre founded in 1989 in Calgary, Alberta. The organization’s goals are to increase public awareness of print media, to engage a diverse audience, to provide resources for the artistic community and production facilities for printmaking. A/P promotes printmaking as an evolving, contemporary medium by providing artists and the public with access to production facilities, education programs, research opportunities, lectures, and exhibitions of new work.
