Sylvia Bouchard will demonstrate wet felting, a technique where, by rhythmic manipulation, merino wool rovings are transformed into a sturdy felted object. Participants will have the opportunity to make a 3-d felted pouch.

Sylvia Bouchard is a fibre artist, working in fabric, thread and wools. She uses traditional techniques such as quilting, embroidery and fabric manipulation to create tactile landscapes.
