Heritage — Behind-the-scenes, Hands-On Activity
Haney House will open its doors and grounds for free on Sunday September 30th from 1-4 for the community to enjoy and explore the recently renovated and reopened heritage house museum! We will have guided behind the scenes tours of the house to explore what was renovated and discovered in the process. Bring the whole family and play Victorian lawn games and enjoy live music and lemonade in the orchard!

Maple Ridge Heritage Society
Formed in 1957, the Maple Ridge Historical Society has devoted fifty years to the protection, preservation and sharing of all forms of our community heritage. The historical society manages two museums, the Maple Ridge Museum which explores the history of the area from First Nations through European settlement, and Haney House, a Victorian heritage house where visitors can step back in time and experience what life was like for the first European settlers in Maple Ridge. .
