Royal Northwest Mounted Police Post Museum
Using historic photographs, this building was reconstructed to duplicate the original Royal Northwest Mounted Police Post, located in Beaver City in 1914-1915. Built using traditional construction methods, comprising of hand hewn log walls, rough cut lumber floor boards, and containing local, regional, and national artifacts, this 16 x 24 post brings the past to life.
The Royal Northwest Mounted Police Post Museum is located at the Creighton Recreation Culture & Tourism Center at 216 Creighton Avenue and is a seasonal museum that is open in the summer months.
