Multicultural, Multi/Interdisciplinary — Hands-On Activity, Collective Creation
Join us for CULTUREFEST at the Kerry Vickar Centre on Saturday, September 29, 2018! There will be something for all ages! We'll have cultural displays of 10 or more nationalities, an ethnic kitchen with hands-on cooking demos, an outdoor artisans market and farmer's market, a literary event called Book Spine Poetry, a scavenger hunt to lead you to all events, face painting, a photo booth where you can dress up and get an instant picture, an interactive drama/dance workshop, and a new, hands-on Kids Art Walk, cultural entertainment such as The Creeland Dancers and Scottish dancers, and so much more. It's going to be so exciting, so busy and you can immerse yourself in all the goings-on for free!
This event is in English.

Our museum has spearheaded a Culture Days committee since the inception of Culture Days. We all feel that Culture Days is a vital component of our activities that enhance the culture of our community all year long. We've hosted some amazing events/days that create an awareness of the importance of culture in all its aspects and that create a real buzz of excitement! The museum initiates the first planning meeting and we have many organizations join us.
