Un-secreting the GardenGarden@Kimbourne Toronto, Ontario
Maker Culture, Crafts — Hands-On Activity, Behind-the-scenes
This neighborhood garden used to be a secret, but no more! Garden@Kimbourne invites you to help us turn this "secret" community space into the talk of the town. Fairies hidden throughout the garden will lead you on a tour to discover what plants and critters can be found in our urban oasis.
Afterwards, come join the Garden@Kimbourne volunteers in the shade to make your own fairy friends to take home with you, using found objects and materials from the garden.
Dogs on leash are welcome
Materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.
Water bottles recommended.

Garden@Kimbourne is a volunteer-driven project that uses permaculture principles to grow food and community in Toronto’s east end. Our harvest is shared between those who grow it and local food banks. Located next to Kimbourne Park United Church, our group of volunteers has turned fallow land into a food-producing and pollinator-friendly garden.
