To conclude the festivities I.AM presents, Paint and Meditate facilitated by artist, educator, mental health coordinator, and certified Kundalini yoga & meditation teacher, Natalie Rizzo.
This workshop incorporates a dynamic blend of Kundalini yoga, meditation, movement, and painting. This contemplative combination helps participants free their creativity, tap into intuition, and release stress. This workshop is for anyone interested in using art making and meditation to let go of fear and find more ease and joy in their lives. Participants will receive a guided healing art activity and inspiring messages related to the theme “I am enough.”
Suggested donation: $5-$10

If you are driving with a GPS navigator use 140 Brooke street as the address to park at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church.Walk up to the JEH Macdonald House using the pathway from the parking lot.

I.AM is a national non profit arts initiative. We strongly believe in the power of creativity in bridging communities and people together, by opening up spaces of creation for anyone to explore. Natalie is an artist, educator, mental health coordinator, and certified Kundalini yoga & meditation teacher, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She is a M.Ed. candidate in Adult Education at the University of Toronto and also completed Mindfulness and Expressive Arts training for counselling, education, and community contexts.
