Dance — Hands-On Activity

Health Works is inviting you to join us to dance in the Edgemont Village with Zumba Vancouver and Luglio Romero during Culture Days Weekend for free! It is an afternoon filled with lively music and dance styles from all over the world. We get together to enliven our bodies through movement and music for the joy of the health. Zumba® fuses Latin and International rhythms with easy to follow moves to create a fun party. It uses a variety of styles, including Cumbia, Soca, Merengue, Salsa, African, Reggaeton, Flamenco, Funk, and Bellydance. ZUMBA® is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind. Anyone can join. Come 10 min early to find parking and signing up.
