Portage la Prairie Folk Festival Association
We are a 100% volunteer-driven organization focused on creating community, fostering fun, and supporting local artists. We value building bridges between cultural islands. By engaging people with live music, we believe a pathway is provided for understanding and acceptance. Our mission is to showcase music rooted in our regional diversity, and performed live in a pleasant, family-oriented setting. Our overarching goal is to spin new threads every year, in stringing together the cultural mosaic that is our Canadian identity.
