Visual Arts — Collective Creation, Collective Creation

Join Muskoka Artist, Wendie Donabie, to create a one-of-a-kind Canada 150 Celebration acrylic painting. Children and adults can add their personal touch to a collaborative, colouring-book style painting on canvas reflecting the beauty of our country. No painting experience is required. And you get to sign the back of the canvas as one of the co-creators!

Join Wendie at Up North Games at 58 Main St E in Huntsville for this fun activity.

What a great way to leave your mark in recognition of Canada's 150th birthday!

Wendie Donabie

As a writer and visual artist, I’ve learned a picture is truly worth a thousand words. My goal is to entice the viewer into the painting, to experience my story, or one of his or her own imaginings. I also hope my creative endeavours increase awareness of our interdependence on the fragile, natural world around us. Proceeds from my painting sales support the rehabilitation work Aspen Wildlife Sanctuary in Muskoka. Find Wendie's work at Arts at the Albion, Gravenhurst.
