Visual Arts, Crafts — Hands-On Activity, Collective Creation

Sponsored by The Laurelwood Neighbourhood Association and Waterloo Public Library, participants will make something to take home with them and leave something behind as a symbol of community.

In celebration of Canada 150, visitors will be invited to create an art card inspired by trees in your neighbourhood.

Participants will learn painting techniques and colour mixing observing shapes of trees and leaves. You will be encouraged to unleash your inner creativity and bring your creation home.

As a symbol of community, participants will leave their mark behind on a map"Culture Days in Laurelwood"
