An Open Choir RehearsalToronto, Ontario
Music, Multicultural — Behind-the-scenes, Collective Creation
The Jubilate Singers welcome you to attend and take part in an open rehearsal with us! Our music director Isabel Bernaus will lead us as we practise music, some of which will be familiar to you and some of which you may not have heard before. Stay for as long or as short a time as you want. You will have the opportunity to observe and get an inside look at what actually goes on in a music rehearsal... or come to sing and sit in with us! (Music scores will be available for you.)
This activity is in English, but including at least one other language to be sung..
This activity is wheelchair accessible.

The Jubilate Singers are a community choir that combines a main, non-auditioned chorus with a smaller, auditioned chamber group. We sing an eclectic mix of traditional, folk, and classical music from the 14th century to the present. The Jubilate Singers specialize in celebrating a broad range of nationalities and cultures, performing our songs in the original languages. We give three concerts a season and offer free community concerts as well. Join us for music you won't hear anywhere else!
