Town of Port Credit Association (TOPCA)
The Town of Port Credit Association (TOPCA) is an all-volunteer, non-profit residents' association. Our goal is to enhance our village ambience and keep Port Credit people-oriented as major development occurs. Cycling is a large part of our community culture and we welcome this active opportunity to engage residents in the exciting changes underway on the waterfront. (BTW we do the painted bicycle planters around PC).
